SHIPPING: We ship USPS first class to the US only at this time. Currently, each piece of jewelry is made to order. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your earrings or bangle. It will always be our goal to get these out to you sooner if we are able to! 

RETURNS: We double and triple check each piece of jewelry before it leaves our hands but if something is wrong with your order, contact us asap! We will accept returns on jewelry damaged during shipping up to 7 days after the ship date. We take every precaution to protect your order in the packaging and shipping process but we understand accidents can happen.

HANDMADE JEWELRY: Each piece of our jewelry is handmade by us and unique in it's own way. No two shells or stones are alike and each piece is hammered to texture by hand and not a machine. We do our best to ensure that each piece is up to the customers expectations but no two pieces will be exactly alike. 

CARE: We recommend not exposing your East Aloha jewelry to water for long periods of time. If it gets wet, be sure and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent damage! The less jewelry is worn in the sun and water, the longer it will last and retain it's shine. Our jewelry may be polished occasionally with a soft cloth and a metal specific jewelry polish.
